A one woman retelling of some of the lesser known fairy tales from the Brothers Grimm collection. Original music, movement and ornate costuming is used to present these wild and whimsical tales. Forget happy ever after, these stories swing between bizarre and bloody, charming and weird. You'll meet talking animals, a singing bone, an animated sausage living with a mouse and bird and of course, an evil stepmother. Tackling some of the darkest aspects of human nature, the show weaves together themes of justice and retribution, rebirth and redemption.

1. Why should people see your show?
It's fairy tales as you've never known them! Some quirky, some bloody, all told to original music. A combination of whimsy, dark humor with song and dance.
2. What about festivals intrigues you? And why the Atlanta Fringe?
I love the DIY, come one come all vibe of Fringe! This is my second time at ATL Fringe and I really found it to be a great community and the perfect size
3. What inspired you to create this?
I started going down the Brother's Grimm rabbit hole last year and I was so enamored with how bizarre, dark yet magical the stories were. I thought they would make a great structure for a variety style, vignettes show paired the ethereal costumes and looks I create.
