1. Why should people see your show?

People should see Cardboard Silly Show who need a calming dash of weird. Truly something for everybody/every age. Folks have described this show as "Pee-Wee's Playhouse meets Mr. Rogers, " which I take as the BIGGEST compliment.

2. What about festivals intrigues you? And why the Atlanta Fringe?

Festivals, like Atlanta Fringe, keep community at the heart. It's energizing and impressive to see people banding together, connecting, and reminding each other what the collective human spirit can do. More exploring together, please!

3. What inspired you to create this?

I've worked in puppetry a long long long time...and my favorite part of the process is the early stages of a show when creative ideas are flowing and mock-ups of the puppets are being made (often out of cardboard). Cardboard Silly Show is an attempt to live within that playful, experimental, fun phase as long as possible.
