1. Why should people see your show?
Everyone who sees my show leaves with a new friend, a new lover, and/or hope for the future.
You should come because you might get laid after.
2. What about festivals intrigues you? And why the Atlanta Fringe?
Atlanta is the funniest city in the country.
I love performing at festivals because it's when Artists prove they are also athletes. Performing at a festival is like running a marathon.. you need stamina and to be a little crazy.
It's also your chance to be a rockstar.
3. What inspired you to create this?
I was sick of dating apps and very lonely. So I began playing this character on the sidewalk outside of Trader Joe's. I told people I was "starting a grassroots movement to revive human connection", and I needed their signatures.
People liked the message and I got a few dates out of it.
Eventually, Lt. Love Dr. Hotty McTotty moved from the sidewalk to a 5 minute cabaret piece, and finally a solo show!
