The Buzz Intro Interview

Adam Clarke - Owner

1. Why should people see your show?

Marionette puppetry is not widely performed in the United States, and a lot of puppetry is aimed at younger audiences. My show is designed for adult audiences and showcases an (in my opinion) under-represented form of puppetry. The show stokes curiosity and creativity in the audience and myself. Every performance is different and features elements of audience interaction.

2. What about festivals intrigues you? And why the Atlanta Fringe?

I love the atmosphere and infinite possibilities of Fringe Festivals, and I'm local!

3. What inspired you to create this?

I always wanted to be a circus performer. Somehow, designing, sculpting, carving and costuming my own puppets was an easier way to enter the world of acrobats, tightrope walkers, jugglers, and more.
