The narrative is told through a series of stories performed as stand-up bits, centered around the through line of navigating micro-aggressions and blatant racism. The show invites audience members to not only enjoy, but also participate in complex conversations ranging from love, grief, institutional racism, mental illness, and the importance of having a good sense of humor. The show invites you to laugh, cry, or roll your eyes as needed in order reach catharsis.
