“Telling a story onstage is a great way to get the last word against anyone who’s wronged you.”

  1. Why should people see your show?

Because they’ll learn how to relocate the human jaw. You NEVER know when you’ll need to do that.

  1. What about festivals intrigues you? And why the Atlanta Fringe?

Nothing is worse than boring theatre, and Fringe is never boring. I’ve seen everything at Fringe from a Bible-themed clown show (In the Beginning at Atlanta Fringe 2023) to a one-woman Richard III (Richard III at Prague Fringe 2015). After performing in Capital Fringe and Prague Fringe, I’m thrilled to perform at the Fringe of my adopted home, Atlanta.

  1. What inspired you to create this?

I don’t want anyone who’s like me [queer/kinky/non-monogamous] to feel alone. And I want everyone who doesn’t think they’re like me because they’re [straight/vanilla/monogamous] to see that we’re not so different. Because we all wish random men would stop requesting threesomes from us on Facebook.

  1. Life has been weird the last few years, to say the least. How has the “real world” affected the art you’re creating?

I started touring The Lily Show in people’s backyards in 2020. Some families wouldn’t even come out of their houses; I’d just yell my act up at their windows. Like the balcony scene in Romeo and Juliet but with dick jokes.

  1. What have you learned from working on your show so far?

Telling a story onstage is a great way to get the last word against anyone who’s wronged you.

  1. A mysterious stranger asks to meet you and your cast and crew after loving your show. In your WILDEST DREAMS, who is it? (Bonus points if your mysterious stranger is an Atlanta celeb.)

Hannah Gadsby. She’s been a huge influence on my comedy, and she’s from Australia, which is only, like, six letters off from Atlanta.

  1. Fringes are the place to really push the boundaries so we gotta ask: are you inviting your family to this show are “Hey, maybe sit this one out you guys…”

My parents love my show, but my parents are very, very cool. Like, so cool my mom told me I can call her after a bad threesome. So I don’t know if you should bring your family, but you should definitely bring whomever you would call after a bad threesome.

  1. Will your show change the world?

It will teach everyone to love one another. Like Jesus said. Except Jesus didn’t teach you how to fix your jaw after you dislocated it during sex.

  1. AI: the death of our art form or just a new tool to create?

I’m just glad that when my nudes surface I can plausibly tell everyone they’re deepfakes.

  1. We’re making an excellent Fringey Feelings playlist. Describe your show in two or three songs we can add to keep the jams flowing.
